Meet the Artist
Hey! I’m Lauren!I’m based in Brighton, Michigan. I am so happy you are here!
Making art has been a lifelong passion and hobby of mine. Seeing people connect and share joy (or tears!) over art is truly a one-of-a-kind moment that stays with you as an artist and keeps me creating.
Traditional 2D media (paint, pencil, etc) is being kept alive through artists who create hand-drawn, hand-painted work. While I do digital illustration, there is nothing like seeing your masterpieces come to life from sketch to finish.
I’m often found cuddling up with our cat and a cup of coffee with my spouse, Chris. I will eat scalding hot ramen in any weather. My favorite part of the brownie is the corner piece. (That’s right!) I enjoy stand-up paddle boarding, playing board games, and weightlifting. My typical vacation includes hiking through mountains and forests to an alpine lake.
When I’m not creating, I’m a hospital physical therapist by day.

I’m a bride-turned-live-painter! While I didn’t get to have a painter or guest illustrations at my own wedding, I want to bring other lovely newlyweds the opportunity I missed out on! Having been a recent bride myself, I know just how important it is to create and preserve your precious memories with your loved ones!
